Great product, customer service is awesome I had a plastic that came broken the company reached out to me as I ask for a refund they offer a replacement so I accepted the replacement ,everything came out new no broken parts easy to assemble, just happy over all, and with Amazon as well . van divinas. I even tried the re-usable ones and they were not good for me. They are wider than a normal medium width shoe. Im a size 11 and my nike hi tops fit in there upright. Ok Im reviewing these again bc last review I was complaining how these buds kept falling out of my ear. Even with quick movements, the set stays against my face. I thought I’d really like these ear buds (especially the color and size) and those aspects are great. After a bit of maneuvering I figured out how to hang them vertically so that none of us have to lift our bike over another and so far they seem great. OVERALLSeemingly rushed, half-baked product that never should have been released.
