I will keep these around from now on! I will say however when I attempted to return the item I was told not to bother, which leads me to believe I am not the first customer with the same issue. Well pleased! I normally wear a Mens 12 shoe & I got the mens size 11-12. The shoe strap is sturdy and these will last me a good long time as long as I don’t loose them. Now they do not even care to reply to my mails or answer my calls. I got these for a Christmas gift for my dad and he absolutely loved them. Cord is extremely short. Best thing? When one goes, theres always another one handy, so you dont need to run to stores for replacements all the time. Not sure where in transit my product was introduced to this substance (I assume the warehouse or something) but this is why this product gets a low review.
