My only complaint which isn’t anything accept my patience is the buds are touch sensitive. We own other types of crocs and the back strap isn’t so short. I got red so it is easy to find on a messy desk. Set up was pretty easy, but I do feel like each of these are $20 overpriced for the materials they’re made of. This is a second purchase. I like the looks of this product.
