The anatomical foot bed fits my foot perfectly and the strap still rubs my big toe bone but since its leather its bound to stretch out a bit. Do not purchase this item. Super comfortable and good fit. You will need to bust out a ruler and some scissors to cut ventilation holes other wise it works great. I have too many shoes and not enough closet space.
